'MnM' was established in
2004 by Faisal Shafiq BSc Biochemical Sciences who at that time
was teaching GCSE Science across schools in Birmingham. During his
time as a supply teacher he decided to setup his own business in
driver education. As a Driving Instructor he taught all types of
pupils at different levels including special needs like dyslexic.
Faisal has continously developed himself in the field of driver
training and high level coaching skills, and he is able to tailor
training to suit individuals at all levels, reducing the number
of lessons you really need. Faisal is an Advance Driver Grade 1
of IAM (Institute of Advanced
Motorists) and 2009 associate
winner ROSPA West Midlands Advance Driving. He is on the register
of approved Fleet Driver Trainers with the DSA
(Driving Standards Agency) only 10% of all driving instructors in
UK are on this register which is needed for corporate training.

'BRAKE' to raise awareness
in community about risks, choices and consequences on our roads.
Faisal has recently passed a course to train students to gain Btec
in Driving Science online with practical driving lessons following
the GDE Matrix program and European Goals for driver Education.
He has also registered with eDriving Solution, which brings latest
information and online learning in short steps for his students.
This course will produce thinking drivers with a postive driving
attitude which is main cause of crashes these days. Learner lessons
are arranged and delivered around Birmingham. All our lessons are
